- Why am I receiving this pre-renewal notification?
Under new Central Bank of Ireland rules we need to contact you 20 working days in advance of issuing your renewal notification to let you know that your renewal details will be with you shortly.
- Why can’t you tell me what my renewal premium is?
Insurance premiums only become available 20 to 25 working days in advance of your renewal, the new Central Bank of Ireland guidelines are designed so you can review your cover and prepare for renewal in advance.
- If I get a new quote today and my renewal isn’t for another 6 to 8 weeks will the price still be the same?
As your broker we always check the market to get the best possible price based on the information we have. Many insurers will only guarantee pricing for 30 days so you need to take this into consideration when getting a quote.
- When will you contact me with my renewal, including the premium for the coming year.
We aim to contact all customers with their renewal details at least 20 working days in advance of their renewal date. Customers can then renew their policy in one of our 20 offices nationwide, over the phone 01 403 3719 or Online.
