Welcome to our Temporary Vehicle Substitution portal. This facility will allow you to transfer insurance cover to a garage-owned vehicle while that garage repairs or services your insured vehicle.

Please Note: Allianz, RedClick, Kennco, and Zurich DO NOT provide Breakdown Assistance or Windscreen Cover with temporary vehicle insurance, the other insurers do.
If your insurer isn’t listed or you need to make the change more than 48 hours in advance of collecting the car, please ring us on 0818 300 301. Our offices are open Monday – Friday, 9am–1pm and 2pm–5pm.
