Terms & Conditions

• Campion Insurances Ltd trading as Campion Insurance, Bestquote.ie, ISME Insurance Services, Venture, Future (the Firm) are hosting a competition where Campion Insurance will provide the winner with 1(ONE) €50 One for All Card (‘Promotion’);
• Competition only open to entrants who correctly identify the Spot the 5 Differences in the Halloween Image on the Campion Insurance Facebook Page;
• The competition starts on the 27th of October 2022 and ends at 1pm on the 1st of November (inclusive);
• Answers must be submitted on the comments section underneath the Halloween Image;
• Only one entry per person, and only one voucher can be won per person;
• No direct employee of Campion Insurance, employee family member, direct acquaintance, agent of Campion Insurance or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion will be included in this draw;
• All entries will be placed in a draw for the €50 One for All Voucher which will be made on Wednesday 2nd November, the winners will be announced on the Campion Insurance Facebook account at lunchtime on the 2nd The prize is non-transferrable;
• Winner (One4All Recipient) will be sent a One4All Card via Email to allow them to Redeem the voucher. Winner is advised to carefully store their Card. The One4all Gift Card acts as a prepaid Visa debit card when spending online with participating One4all online retail partners. In payment options at the checkout, select ‘Visa’ or ‘Visa Debit Card’. Use your own first and last name and your own address in the Billing Address section when spending your One4all with an online retailer.
• It is recommended to retain your One4all Gift Card as all refunds will be returned to this card. Check the returns procedure of the retailer you used the One4all Gift Card with and follow their instructions. The refund will take 7 working days to be returned to your card.

• There will be no future marketing of One4All to the One4All Recipient given that no contact information is requested or stored as part of the Registration process.
• It is important to note that One4All Voucher does not fall within the parameters of The Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act (2019). This Act was designed to address Consumers who directly purchase Monetary Vouchers from Retailers at full Retail Value;
• Campion Insurance nor One4All will not be liable for the refusal of any Participating Retailer to accept or honour their Card for any reason. In such an unlikely instance, Campion Insurance ask that you report the details of the event to the One4All Customer Support (01 8708100) and they will investigate the matter on your behalf. If the outcome of the investigation finds favour with you, the One4All Recipient, One4All will issue a corresponding One4All Credit to you on the same terms as the original One4All sent to you;
• To use your gift card, please check your balance and validity first. You can check your balance on this link https://www.one4all.ie/one4all-checkbalance. Either by online balance check or by text message. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Find the 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV2 number either on the front or back of your gift card
2. Step 2: Enter the numbers in the matching fields
3. Step 3: Click the Check Balance button to check your value and validity

• If you have any issues with the online balance check service please text ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16-digit card number to 57887 to receive an SMS stating your balance or call 01 9068547 for our automated balance enquiry service.
• If a Participating Retailer becomes liable to make a refund to you, Campion Insurance nor One4All will credit the amount of any refund to the One4All card. All refunds are a matter between you and the relevant Participating Retailer;
• Details of One4All Privacy Policy and how they may control and process your personally identifiable information are found in their Terms and Conditions (https://www.one4all.ie/terms-conditions.)
• In purchasing from a Participating Retailer, you are entering into a contract with that Retailer directly and as such will have left the confines of the specific One4All environment;
• The Retailer’s direct Terms & Conditions will then apply. In the unlikely event that you encounter a poor experience with that Retailer and if that experience has resulted in injury, harm or loss – you must address the matter directly with that Retailer. Campion Insurance or One4All assumes no liability for such instances;
• The total prize fund consists of 1(One) €50 One4All Card.
• The prize is as described, no transfer or alternatives will be provided, there is no cash alternative;
• By participating in the competition you agree to these terms & conditions;
• Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of entrants on our Facebook Account who Spot the Difference, like, share and follow us on Facebook;
• Campion Insurance reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control;
• Decisions of Campion Insurance are final and no correspondence will be entered into;
• Campion Insurance reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions;
• Campion Insurance reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 48-hour period of first attempt.
• Entry into this Promotion will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).
